•Rights•
•My commissions are for personal use only!! If you wanted to use them for icons or put it on your social pages. That is fine.•You are not allowed, under any circumstances to sell my work for yourself!! You will not sell or exchange my art any form!! In any form, physical, digital, print, etc is NOT allowed! Unless you have my written permission to do so!•Commercial use: These commissions are for personal use only!! I will not do commercial usage! It is too much for me to work with and I don’t feel comfortable for any use of my work for someone else’s paid project!•If there’s any questions don’t hesitate to ask!
•General•
•References! You can't send references with your filled form in the form button. So you may use it to send a email to claim a slot then wait for an email to confirm and asking for your filled form with references! 🙏🏻•Only 1 order per person! Because I don't want too much on my plate. It's 1 picture per slot. So if you want more then one commission you may claim more spots only if there aren't many people asking for a slot! Wait list also includes spots if you want more then 1 commission done!•Wait list! If my slots are full and you want to commission me or ask for a second commission, book a spot on my wait list! You may send filled form for wait list but I’ll message back later on when I confirm and ready for payment.•Code: Blue Sakura•Commissions posted on any of my sites will be cropped/resized with watermark!•You must ask permission to repost your commission on your social with credit!! if you would like to repost on your profile! Only with the watermark version! If I posted and there’s an option to repost from my post then that is allowed.
•Communication/Form•
•The new form! this is a new process I’m trying to make it easier and sort works for others in my email. So follow the example how to order a commission.•Adding your social username is add you to the progress list and/or waitlist so you can see where your spot is and status of your commission. You may also use your actual name if you would like, Only if you’re okay with it. If you’re not okay using the form then you can DM me on one of my socials with your filled form!•If form refuses to work, you can contact me on my listed socials here Link
•Payments•
•I accept Paypal, USD. (I accept Points on DeviantART as well)•For DeviantART points, 100 points = $1 if you wanted to pay with DA points! So you will pay points through the donation button!•My prices don’t include fees from Paypal!•You can also pay me through My Kofi in USD. Just use the buy coffee/donate button to pay. Or also the button will be on the bottom of the commission page. You'll still have to make an account to pay.•Only after I accept your order and you send the filled form is when you pay me!•[You have to pay up front and in full!] Or I will not work on your commission!•There are no refunds!
•Process•
•After the payment has been made then I will start on your commission!•I work on commissions in order they were paid for.•I will be keeping you updated through email of the process and confirmation through the sketch process.•I will be sending you two drafts. First is super rough draft sketches to confirm posing. Once you give me the green light then I’ll processed on. Second is fully sketched how the commissions will look. Once you confirm that draft then I’ll work on the line art and color process and will message back with finished commission.•During the drafts you can ask for things to be changed but not too much change!•Once finished and sent, if there is anything wrong or needs to be changed I can fix it. (As long as it isn’t changing the pose)
•Time Delivery•
•I try to take my time with commissions, specially with the style, number of characters and background! So it takes me time! It may take longer too during holidays! I'll make sure to keep you updated and such!•More simple, estimated time when I’ll finish is 1 1/2 after order of commission. 2 weeks tops.•The more complex, say half body or full body, more than 3 characters or comic. Estimated time would be close to a month or is a month. Drawing on my phone with my finger takes time I am sorry for any inconvenience. ;-;•If your commission needs to be done in a certain time and theirs people ahead of you. I will charge for rush fees! Prices will depend on what commission you ordered.•Please understand I do commissions in order of when they were ordered. I will do my best to get everyone's commission's done in time.
